Q: Belly button infected after piercing

The other day I was notecing that my bellly button was infected so I cleaned it with dove soap a few days later I noticed that it had opend and I could see the earing I am so scared!!! Im only 12yrs old I dont wanna tell my mom because then she is going to yell at me so I told my big sis and she is going to take me to the hospital...What are they going to do????

:( I am scared plz write back and tell me if this is normal!!!! :(
