The “acne” under your armpits might actually be an infection called " folliculitis". Or perhaps you are experiencing hydroadenitis. An antibiotic balsam prescribed by your family doctor may help. Or you can directly visit a dermatologist to seek an expert opinion, seek diagnosis and treatment.
