Q: Late Period After Having Baby

I have just had a baby 4 months ago, since having the baby I have had 2 periods but now my period is 2 weeks late, I have done 2 pregnancy test and both have come up negative, I am experiencing tender breasts, I have been using condoms as birth control but had an accident with one of them splitting, could I be pregnant or is it normal for periods to be slightly irregular after having a baby
