no! Not always, but that means the vein
wall is thin and you may wake up with alot
of blood.. Keep it really clean and if it
does break go to the er. It sucks to have
to go, but sometimes you need to ensure
that the rupture in the vein will heal on
its own. I've been there and done that..
Anal fissures always bleed! Keep your
stool soft, that may help.
Believe it or not I got rid of both by
eating hot peppers, not a lot. It burns a
bit but it works, it got rid of mine in a
week and I have had them for years. My
husband kept telling me to try it and it
