I have been getting really bad chest pains for months, they are under my left rib inbetween them and under my left breast

the pain is sharp and burning it is also spreading around my back and under my arm sometimes down my arm too

my doctors tell me its all down to stress and anxiety but I disagree, as its got really painful so painful I can hardly move I can get up and I cant go to work. The pain shoots though me and cripples me.

Do these symptoms sounds similar to anyone?

i have a burning feeling under my left ribcage at times and it makes a very strange noise. The pain will spread to my back and right under the lining of my ribs. Yesterday I was hurting so bad and was rushed to the er and found out I had I cyst. Before yesterday I had been having these pains for two years I have had lots of test ran. I was told it was an ulcer, gallbladder stones and such. Sometimes it doesn't hurt but for the most part of the day and night it does. Usually if I eat things that aren't spicy I am okay. My doctor put me on dicyclomine, it helps sometimes. He also put me on the bland diet, but nothing seems to stop the burning once it starts.
