I just finished reading his book for the 2nd time through. He's definately from a far off land...Or he's 8 yrs. Old. Anyway, I have done lots of research on the topic of p.E. And sex. I have found alot of his information to be fairly accurate. As far as the vip muscle, I think that's bogus.
I don't think it's possible to seperate the vip muscle from the pc muscle. I started doing pc exercises about 2 yrs. Ago and regret it. I did them for approx. 2 months in attempt to last longer during sex. I now only last about 1 min. If i'm lucky. So, I have tried everything to figure this out. If there is anyone else that has wrongfully screwed their sex life up by doing this, i'd like to hear if you're having any luck reversing the damage.
As far as the supplements go, I have researched lots of those too. I do know that taking whey protein is very beneficial since it does include all the essential amino acids. Lots of the chinese herbs that he mentions are accurate too. Herbolove. Com has alot of of these herbs which I have tried. Most of his scientific data is accurate, he's just so damn flighty as far as his order of information. I still am unsure of what the hell to take. I will start taking whey protein and possibly 5 htp because it does increase seratonin which counteracts epinephrine (adrenalin) in your body...Hence calming you down.
Anyway, I am glad I purchased the book. There is some useful knowledge in it. If anyone else is dealing with pc problems due to kegel exercises, I would love to hear your insights. And, if there is anyone that has heard it's good to due them......That's false! Don't practice kegel exercises. It's my number one regret.
