Q: Early Signs of Pregnancy

I should have gotton my period. Today, is day 32 and I saw a tiny amount of brown spotting. My nipples hurt, my breats are swollen, and we are trying to get pregnant. Do you think I am? Would a test be accurate at this point?

Well, spotting's not necessarily indicative of a period, so it is possible. I'd advise waiting until at least a week after your period should have come, just to avoid disappointment. After all, it's early days.
