Hi everyone

i have had blapharitis for some time now and tried various treatments
but I have had great success recently after I tried organic live yoghurt.
Not only have my eyes improved dramatically but also all my skin has improved.

The best is plain organic live yoghurt and you can add a chopped banana or other fruit for taste. (use organic fruit )
avoid eating any other food for at least eight hours after taking the yoghurt.

Try and have about three or four for the first week then maybe one or two thereafter.

I just wanted to share this information to others as I know it can be trying some times

sending you all love and healing
tom

Hi
quite a while ago my friends son visited vietnam and came back with severe stomach pains because he had contacted a virus or some sort of bacteria.

Even antibiotics did not ease it so he tried live organic yoghurt which apparently is good bacteria.
( do not know how he came accross it )but it cured his stomach pains.

A few years ago I had a slight stomach ache so I tried the organic live yoghurt and not only did it cure my stomach ache, but it dramatically reduced my eyelid redness and it also improved my skin overall.

You should try some organic live yoghurt

i sincerely hope it works for you too

best regards
tom

Yoghurt + Blepharitis
This makes sense. Castor oil (see other threads on blepharitis) kills fungus - so does yoghurt. We eat biolive yoghurt and use castor oil when needed for eye health.

I had not made the connection with yoghurt - i'll put a link to your contribution from my site. Search for blepharitis "castor oil".

Thanks
mahes
