I have been exercising quite a bit the last few months I dont know if this symptom is related or not but please read on and tell me what you think it is...Spread your hand wide open and lay it just above your belly button. Several times a day I feel a hard lump the size of my hand there. Sometimes I cannot feel a thing (just fat) I can poke and probe and nothing other times this huge lump is there...........No pain no discomfort (other than I am afraid it could be bad) could it just be muscle because of exercising? Any ideas would be helpful...I am hoping it will just go away....Thanks

Your situation sounds simular to mine execpt after havin this lump just above my bellybotton for quite some time it started causing me pain and accurring more often and increasing in size...I'm quite positive mine is a hernia and it sounds like that is what yours is. U most likley got it do to the working out you have been doin..... Tryin to find out info on it myself but no replys yet ... Ill keep you posted on what I know ....And I wouldn't just hope for it to just go away I hernia is a hole in you abdomal wall were you tissue and organs such as intestines are poping throught (which is the lump) if you are unable to push the lump back in I would get to a doctor righht away
