Help, I may be overracting, but I have noticed that my 3 week old has what feels like a lump behind one of his nipples its very hard nand about twice the size of his nipple - is thois something I should see the doc about?

Extremely eHealthy
First--this is completely normal

second--she could even expell colostrum, and or blood from it. This is also normal

third---do not press on it excessively--could cause her pain, and prevent it from expelling the fluid that might be in it.

Fourthly---this can and does also happen in boys--right after birth
