I think I might be allergic to water, but it started happening about 2 years ago, why did it all of a sudden start. I get these little bitty white bumps with a red blotch around it, and their mainly on my stomach, chest, back, and neck. But when I go on vacation and i'm out in the water all day, I seem to be fine. But when I take 15 minute hot showers they they show up and they itch. I think I do have eczema because my whole family's skin is always dry and irritated, but it may because we need a purifier. Please help and tell me if you know what it may be. I'm going crazy.

Where do you live? Have you tested the water?
