Hey ok so I actually have no clue what this is, so I thought I woudl try you.... Idont have a partner. But I did have sex with guys and then there was a month where I didnt...And that is im pretty sure when I started doin pushups a lot.And training for hcokey. And now im so tight(down below) it hurts to have sex now.. And its hard to get it in. Also it even hurts to use a tampon!!! I was thinking it might be the pushups? Because I heard that when girls do pushups they shouldnt because different muscles push on their uterus.... Other then that I dont know why it would be liek this.. Maybe cause ididnt have sex in a month? I duno but I was wondering what I can do at least so it doesnt hurt to wear a tampon
thanks

Go see a doctor. It's not the pushups.

Im sorry im going to have to agree. I never heard of that I use to stay celibate do it all the time(pushups) and that never happened. If your doing pc exercises it can get tighter in your vagina. When your using ben wa balls or something else. I would call your gyno just to be on the safe side. Good luck :)

Hmm..
The pushups would more than likely make you less tight, or possibly even slightly incontinent because pushing on the uterus/lower abdomen can stretch the pelvic floor (vaginal muscles and such). If you haven't had sex often for a consistent amount of time you can tighten up *some* but not to the point that it'd hurt to even just put a tampon in. Going to the doctor seems to be the best solution rather than standing the pain you're going through.
