I can't sleep. This has been happening
for the last 4 years. Watch, i'll go to
work in two hours, come home after 8, and
sleep like a baby. Then i'll be fine, but
the next week will be just like this week.
Do I have insomnia?
I recently tried to pick up lucid dreaming
as a hobbie, thinking it might help me
sleep, but i've had no luck so far.
I think the reason I can't sleep is
because I simply can't stop thinking about
things...My life, my job, my
relationships. I don't spend too much
time thinking about these things in my
wakeing life, so I guess it makes sense to
think about them before I go to sleep
because i'm laying in bed with nothing
else to do.
