Where do I start I would go back to 1997 and thats when I got a strange symptom weakness down my left side it took a few weeks but it left my left leg weak. Through the years I have experienced chronic back pain which lasted 3 months then just cleared up like that, buzzing in my head
woken up with my left side of my face sore and hard to eat that took a few days to clear, then things started to get worse I was experiencing nausea headaches and feeling that I couldnt walk no energy either.
In the last few years I am fatigued and I have noticed that I have vertigo, hanging onto walls feeling sick and the pains in my head which I am struggling to cope with but this is not all the time I have had experienced this three times in the last 2 years it doesnt go away until about 3 -4 weeks,i have also noticed that my eyesight changes if I do to much it goes a bit blurry.Nowto this day am left with a constant ache in my left leg and heavy feeling, this is annoying to me.Memory is a problem I had to go part-time as well as my balance is not good as well.I was told this is just stress what do you think.

The buzzing in your head could be related to astral projection, although it may also have an underlying cause in the arteries/vains/nerves. Have you seen a doctor about your symptoms?
