Im 18. Male. Been dizzy for over a year on and off then about 6 months ago I had a feeling like a heart or panic attack and have been dizzy alot since with sometimes rapid and pounding heart rate. I had ekg, holter monitor, blood test, many tests done... All seemed fine. I was put on anxiety medicine a few weeks ago and it may have done a little but im still dizzy and still having rapid pounding heart beats. What is it? Help?

Do you notice yourself breathing heavily or hyperventilating?

I also get dizziness when I exercise too escpecially around times of stress.
I'm 16, and suffer from severe stress and anxiety...Etc. If you've had those tests and they were normal then I don't think it's that likely you have any heart problems.
I think it could be from hyperventilating but I seem to get it when i'm breathing normally too...
