i know two females who have that problem, but in their cases, its genetic - for one friend, her mom's side is known to have finger nails like that, and in my other friend's case, it is known to happen on her dad's side. Check out your family members' nails (don't make it obvious or they might think you are nuts! Heheh).

I'm not sure, but I think my sister had the same problem. I'm sure you're not alone. And I don't think it's serious.
