Depression Answer A539
You may need expert help from a psychiatrist or another mental health professional. It seems that you are suffering from a neurotic disorder anxiety: social phobia, panic disorder, or another psychological malady. An expert-psychiatrist will help you establish a correct diagnosis and recommend proper treatment. Psycho-therapy and social-therapy are also very important modalities in addition to pharmaceutical medication(s). You may also investigate alternative modalities for treating depression like meditation, yoga, or martial arts...these have been known to help people understand themselves and ease anxiety for thousands of years.
