Q: Did I Damage my Prostrate during Anal Self-Pleasure?

I`m 19 years old man. I have pressed my prostata through the anus, with a finger. Than I was ejaculate sperm. But I saw some blood infiltration in the sperm. Please ansewr me.
Is the glandula prostata only iritated or it is something badly. I was whas my anus with water and some mucous skin from the anus was come out. It was abouth one centimeter lenght. did I badly injured prostata or what? There was litle blood in sperm, I dind`t feel any pain. I scary to masturbate again. please help with some sugestion.

If you want to use your fingers to penetrate the anus, you should first cut your nails for hygenic reasons. It's less likely that you've damaged your prostate during anal self-pleasuring...but you can damage rectal mucosa during such an exercise. If there is still blood in the sperm during ejaculation, it is probably caused by a prostate or urethral infection. In this case, you can visit an urologist for help, diagnostic examinations and treatment options.
