According to your height, age, and sex my calculations for your ideal body weight (IBW) should be around 57kg (126 lb); you are currently 67kg (149 lb). Your body weight should lie in the interval between IBW-10% and IBW 10%. This means that your ideal weight is somewhere between 51kg and 63kg (113 lb – 139 lb). According to this data, it seems that you are overweight and you should lose at least 5kg (around 10 lb). Losing 80 pounds (36kg) will definitely damage your health. Recommended calories per day for you are a minimum of 1500 kcal.
