Dear friend,

i need your advice!

I'm putting the finishing touches on a new e-book about anxiety and I want to make sure I don't leave anything out.

So, will you let me know your biggest question about cerebral palsy? It could be anything...Even if you think it's silly.

All you have to do is type your question in the little box below and click submit. In exchange for your advice, i'll give you a free copy of the book when it's ready.

Ok, here's the easy form:

cerebral palsy

what is the biggest question you have about anxiety?

thank you very much for helping make this the best book about anxiety.

Sincerely,

sergheev alexei

p.S. I'll never share your email address, or use it for any reason other than to let you know when the book is ready. :!: :d
