Hi everyone!

I get really terrible chest pains, like a burning behind my ribs and upper stomach or a sharp shooting pain behind my breast bone. Is it normal with anxiety to wake up in the early hours feeling the pains so bad and also feeling really dizzy and light headed. I never fall back asleep after this, it scares me! I just lay with my hand on chest wishing the pains would stop

it brings tears to my eyes its so painful
