Ok my grandfather who I am quite concerned about was perfectly fine and everything was great, had to go in for open heart surgery. At the end of it he took a heart attack the second one of his life time.

After 4 weeks in intensive care, he is breathing on his own, and off pretty much all the drugs, although he has lost a ton of weight he can't even walk anymore his legs are so skinny but I am sure they will gain that back through rehab.

My concern: whenever I go to visit him he is always very confused, he says very random stuff like "who paid for the pizza?" is just an example. The doctors say that he can snap out of it but I am just very concerned. Is anyone familiar with this?
