Hey buddy
there is no such thing as "normal anxiety symptoms". Everybody feels in their own ways (though there is a pattern). And the sneaky enough that once you learn how to cope with it it comes back in a different form, so that you can't help but think "ok, now it is for real".
Just realize that you're prone to panic attacks, and unless you have a known medical condition, learn to deal with them in whatever shape or form they come.
Two years ago, i've been running down the street at night, with my car left unlocked in some neighborhood, like mad, begging people to call an ambulance because I was convinced I was dying from a heart attack. And an hour prior to that i've been rolling in a dirty wet grass trying to catch my breath but couldn't. How's that for a 23 y.O. Guy, wearing a suit and with a corporate badge on his chest, who was sure that he learned how to cope with panic attacks after having them for years, ever since he turned 15?
p.S. Truly, lots of coffee + cigarettes can do "wonders" for you :!:
