I am not a dr but this is not good on your system, some people do fast for a day or two but it sounds to me as though you might need ssome professional help. Your car needs fuel and so does your body. Please get help for both, your anxiety and your not eating and keep in touch as we do care!

But you will get fine. Be strong and believe. If those ones couldn't help you, search for another one, because you'll find a solution if you keep seaching for one, ok?

Wish you the best.

get a new doctor definatly!! Thats a big sign that you need some help and a doctor to say nothing is wrong. Well just my thoughts.... But they shouldn't be a doctor..

Your weight high or low shouldn't influence the doctor as to whether or not you have an eating disorder. Skinniness and the desire to lose weight play a role in eating disorders but are definately not all of it. First of all, find a new doctor who will listen to your concerns and treat you as an individual not just another nameless patient. Anxiety can be the cause of an eating disorder or the result of one. Either way, your eating issues and anxiety are fueling eachother and only making things worse. Just because you haven't eaten for 2-3 days doesn't automatically classify you as anorexic or even eating disordered at all. However if this is a pattern, then there is definately a problem here and you need to address it.
