I have these symptoms that have been going on for a couple months now. Spitting up blood every other day (usually when I do something strenous)...Sharp pains in my stomachm wierd girgling in my stomach, random constepation and if it's really bad, it feels like tiny pin neadles are poking me all around my stomach and chest. I just got a gastroscopy yesterday and they didn't find anything....Not even scarring from an ulcer...The doctors aren't sure what it is...But they are suggesting maybe a pulminary specialist...It seems to me that a colonoscopy would be the next step to go...I'm getting a little scared. Any thoughts on what this is?
