Ahaha I discussed this one with my mom...And she says maybe you ate to much hot sauce and now it's making you a little sick (aka you may be needing to run to the bathroom soon) but maybe not, maybe it's getting ready for contractions. Lol. Good luck!

If in fact you do have food poisoning, you need to go to the emergency room asap. You will not be able to keep fluids in your body and the baby needs for you to be able to drink and keep water down.

If you start throwing up and down (you know what I mean), don't wait to go in to be started with an iv. That will be the only way to ensure your baby is safe and sound.

Btw: the chi chi's in virginia beach was a favorite eatery for me while I was in the navy, they are so much better then don pablo's but there are no chi chi's here, we do have plenty of don pablos and they are pretty good too.

Lol you sound like me last night I woke up with contractions that were 10 mins apart...And I was afraid to move incase they stopped...Haha. I did have to get up eventually and they did stop :(

Advice that was given to my wife and I before she was waiting for labor was to make sure to drink 2 - 16oz. Glasses of water and lay down on your left side and if the contractions stop after 1 hour, you were having false labor and of course if they don't stop..... Go to the hospital.

Thank I had a small one at 9:22 and a painful one at 9:30 not at all regular :( my show is coming on soon so ill go lay down then but I dunno if 2 glasses of water will fit in my belly with my fahitas (or how ever u spell it)

Well, I don't think you got food poisoning because i've been told it takes 24 hours after eating the infected food to have symptoms. (i could be wrong, but pretty sure that's correct)
it could be you just had a lil too much of the hot sauce, or possibly eaten a little too much. My baby hasn't dropped yet, so if I eat just a little bit too much I feel sooooooooooo icky. Also if I eat something too spicy...Which happens a lot being married to a latino lol. But boy it's tasty, 'eh?

Well im still pregnant but my contractions are still coming they just arent painful enough for me to believe they are real. Im gunna call the ob/gyn clinic in like 45 min when they open (thats one thing about the navy I hate I dont have a personal doctor I see whoever works that day) just to see if they think I should wait til my appt or come in now. Im a lil worried cuz I had a c-section with my first I dont want anything to rupture but I also dont wanna go and b disappointed. I packed my bag last night so im ready to go just waiting on this kid!

My little girl is 4 and when I was pregnant with her, my contractions were like 10 min apart, but I was not having any back pain with them, but I do recall 4 am that night, I started having lower back pains and I told myself this is it, my husband took me to the hospital, and they told me that I was a dil to 2, and they had me to walk around for about 1 hour around the waiting room in the hospital, my water never broke , but my contraction got even harder, well when I went back to my room there, they checked me and they said I was a 4, and they kept me then, they arranged me my privtae room for me, my doctor had to break my water, and then they gave me potosin to bring my labor on even more, and when I was almost a 5, I had my epidural, then I was feeling better after that, my daughter weighed 9pounds and 6 ounces and 19 inches long, she was beautifal. I was in labor for 10 hours, do you know what your having? Congradulations to you, im so happy for you. Take care from mary.

I am guessing that you have to go to portsmouth naval medical hospital. I had my wisdom teeth pulled there after being taken there in an ambulance becuase the dentists at boone clinic were butchering me and could not get my jaw numb.

I also had a vericocele surgery there and the weird part about it was that the ward I was n for post surgical watch was on an open bay place. There were like 20 beds in this long hallway and just curtians to seperate us from each other.

Otherwise, it was a nice hospital and they took good care of me and treated me well.

I hope you get a great doc and all goes awesome. Let us know how you do and how that little bundle of joy does. And don't forget to ask for all of the free stuff you can get, diapers, formula, nipples for bottles, wipes and whatever else you can get for free.

Well the poop-head is still in me and im really freaking pissed ive never had a good experience at nmcp. Twice the er has take forever (7 hours one time and 4 and 1/2 the second) and im not dialated the freaking contractions stopped at like 10 today. Its all in the other topic I posted im just really pissed rgiht now.
