I didn't have my baby shower until I was like 36 weeks (about)
i had my baby shower feb. 11 and i'm due march 8.
I hope you have lots of fun at your baby shower, I know I did.

I guess I was around 30 weeks. My son was born feb 11th, and we had the showers dec 14th and dec 21st. Don't worry.

Lol..That's really good to hear....I've just been getting a lot of positive and negative feedback from friends about the timing of my baby shower...They feel that the sooner the better because you never know if something is going to happen. I really don't like looking at things in that aspect but I guess it's reality and anything can happen.....Whew...I'm glad to see that someone had their at 36 weeks...That makes me feel a lot better!! But how much time did you have to set your nursery up?! I am a huge procrastinator but I would like to change that up a little before my angel gets here!!!!

i didn't do my nursery until after the baby came. I had a bassinet in my room, ready for him to sleep in and all the necessities. But I didn't set the room up and paint, etc until he was about 2 months old. I guess some people do it while they are still preg, but I was on bedrest until 5 weeks before I had him. But I wouldn't change a thing. You don't have to worry about exposing the baby to paint, and you can lift things, etc. Good luck sweetie!

ya! 28 weks and 1 day!

Ya see..That's just waaay to early for me...I'm due .May 5(or somewhere within the 1st week of may) and i'm not gonna have it until the 1st or 2nd weekened in april...

In my eyes...I don't wanna have all this baby stuff and have to wait 3 months to have my baby!!! Lol....Maybe i'm just too much of a time cruncher.....I guess i'm cocky that I won't go into pre-term labor....

I make 31 weeks tomorrow...Whose to say that I won't go into labor at 37 weeks instead of 40?!?!

ya it does kinda suck having all this baby shuff around so early...Lol I had to get one out of the way...2 more baby showers to go!

I am 34 weeks and 1 day....I haven't had a shower yet, but I have a crib set up and some clothes...I don't even have a day picked for the shower my mom is trying to help out...But a day we had picked the 1st weekend in march is taken cause me sister is having her son's b-day party that weekend and then her baby will be here on the 27th of march...I don't even know what I need really...I have the room decorated already though..I did it the weekend after I found out what I was having and since then I haven't felt like doing anything like I have all the time in the world..Which I know that I don't it's just a feeling..Lol....This is my 1st pre. And I am ready to have him..But it doesn't feel real yet....Like he will always be in my belly...

Lol i'm not having my baby shower till after the baby is born...I am due march 10th, and I don't even have a date or anything done for it yet...I guess after I have baby my mom and a family friend will just let people know when it is (i guess a week or two after).

I haven't really done a whole lot in the nursery. I also have the bassinet ready to go so she can sleep in my room. We do finally have her crib tho, and that was just set up awhile ago. I've got her 0-3 month clothes washed and put away, along with her socks, burp rags and blankets. So all that is set to go, i've got all her bottles sterilized and put away. As far as decorations, she's got a winnie the pooh lamp. I'm gonna hold off on decorating the rest until I get everything completely put away. I still have a counter full of baby shower gifts. Her bassinet is also loaded down with gifts as well lol. I just have to find room for it all. Well now i'm off to eat my salad i've been craving.
