Prenatel Classes ?
I know there is prenatal classes at my local community centre which I think I might get into. That would be something to look into.

I know walking is suppose to be really good.

On one of my yoga dvd's, it says that pregnant women should not to yoga, because of all the twisting and stuff like that. So there might be a dvd with exercises or yoga for prenatal.

I don't know if that really helped, but I thought I would try.

Swimming! I'm going to join the ymca so I can use their pool. Or you could sign up for water aerobics. I'm not coordinated enough for that.
