Q: Height is Genetically Determined
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 21st, 2006
I want to grow more, I already talk about it with a doctor and he told me that I may reach 1.70 as minimun and 1.74 as maximun but the only thing he recommended me was to use ensure. Anyway I started to do more exercise , I lost almost 5 kg , I started drinking more milk , etc. But my parents think that increasing my height is not important so they will not spend money on that. That is why I decided to save some money for that but i am not sure what product I should buy? I am pretty interested in one that is called heightmax but it is quite expensive and i am not sure if it works, I did not find information about its ingridients although I did find several people talking about its efficiency, should I buy it? If not what should I buy?

A human’s maximum height depends upon genetic factors... not on nutrients or supplements contained in “HeightMax” or any other specialized product. Vitamins, minerals and other supplements are good for your health but they can’t increase your maximum height which is genetically determined.
