Q: Blood In Stool

I have been having a few issue. When I take a crap, there's blood in the stool. It usually drips out a bit right after the poop comes out. It is bright red so that leads me to believe that it's close to the opening. It's not on the outside I know that for sure because i've had that from overwiping on occasion. I dont feel pain really. But it is on and off. I may have it for a day or 2 and then nothing for a month and sometimes it comes back. I've had soft poops and it happens and i've also had harder poops that have accompanied it as well. I've also had both hard soft and diarhea and no blood.
