Q: I Dont Know What to Head This As

I dont know what to do any more I have had depression for 8 years and only just let myself belive it I am 20 so I cnt really remember what it is like to wake up n feel happy I self harm but it lets so much out infact I dnt really think there is much point to this post so I am gunna shut up! :oops:

I agree completely with balance its gd uve seen something is wrong u need to find something that motivates you I am going to africa to give people the chance to live that motivates me you need to find something you want an chase it.

Natural depression is not something most people can or should deal with on their own. Please seek medical help, as I did when I was in a similar situation, and I was pleased with the result. I highly recommend lexapro or cymbalta for prescription help. Stay away from prozac!
