HIV, Aids Answer A517
You identify the time when you first noticed the bumps on the shaft of your penis and recognize if those bumps are now spreading or growing. You can go to a doctor for a visual examination of the penis, or perhaps asked to be referred to a dermatovenerologist after seeing a general practitioner.
