And also scince I got them ive gotten bumps on the back of my buttox and it doesnt hurt so I dont think its a pile.... And ive also have small bumps growing all over my arms and armound /in between my legs

Just in case you think your symptoms may be caused by hiv, rest assured they are not.
Piles are not located on the buttocks anyway, but on the outer area of the rectum.

And its 'buttocks', not 'buttox', we're in the 21st century, not the 17th.

It is not a cause of hiv but however, cannot rule out any std's.

The best suggestion would be to get diagonised for the ailment. Smaller infections could become larger when not tested and treated at the right time. What if the bumps develop inside your penis. It could lead to a infection and painful. So jut go to the right doc. And get tested.
