Increased urination is one of the first signs of pregnancy because the swelling of the uterus presse on it.
As the pregnancy progresses the uterus lifts and the urination is likely to ease off until the 3rd trimester when the uterus is now so big that it constantly presses on the bladder.
However this could likely be a sign your period is on it's way the endometrial tissue in the uterus will have cause a slight swelling of the uterus and this will in turn put a little pressure on the bladder.
Tender boobs is another symptom of either pregnancy or impending period because both pregnancy and periods are controlled by the *same* hormones.
Given that you had protected sex and that you have already had a normal period approx 7 days after that episode - it would be fair to say that you were likely to have passed your fertile window by the time you had sex and also it is reasonably fair to say that you are unlikely (although not impossible) to be pregnant.
Another thing is that if pregnancy causes such worry that over a month after the fact you are still worring, i'd suggest either taking the relationship back a stage (if he loves you he will respect and wait) or seeing a family planning clinic about other options of birth control.
On average (no not everyone is average but for arguments sake)
on average a girl has a period every 28 days approx.
Ovulation happens approx 14 days *before* your period (not after)
sperm can live upto 5 days inside you
and egg is only viable for approx 36 hours after it's release fromt he ovary.
The first day of your period is counted as day 1
so for an average girl days 9-16 are the fertile days
*note this method should not be used as birth control unless pregnancy is not a problem because it is not always possible to tell exactly when you ovulated*
for example if you have 36 days between periods then ovulation is likely to be around day24 so your fertile window would be days 19 -26
