Recently I been having this pain on my lower ab it feels like its stuffed and I get little cramps,now I been feeling some sought of sting threw my blood or body and my urine and semen when I ejacualted it was very sharp feeling like I was ejaculating a nail instead I get some sought of sting on tip of my penis every day or 2 and no blood. Just lower ab and penile and testicular pain ..Same with lower back pain and kidneys


please help
