Q: a Lump Nex to My Texticals

Hi I don't know if it's a lump or something.. But day by day it growing pretty big.. It's getting really hurt everytime I walk.. My friends told me it's my caused by dirty sex... Not sure what it is.. There is no bleed or anything injury the lump.. But it's red and hurt...
Anybody know what's on earth this is?? How do I cure this at home instead going to the doctor?

Please help!!

Most of the time, if it is a serious problm with your testicles, you die from trying to cure it at home.

Go to the doctor and allow them to see if there is a serious problem that needs treatment or if it is nothing.
