Q: Bump Inside Jaw?

As of yesterday, I realize I have what looks like a whitehead on the inside of my right jaw. It is difficult to open my mouth wide for some reason. In fact, I usually forget about it until I eat and have to open my mouth. I'm thinking this has something to do with a cavity or something because it began to hurt initially when I started eating sweets. Interestingly, when I eat something soft like bread, it feels good because it's like the sore is being massaged or something. Another possible cause could be something to do with my wisdom teeth. I still have all of them--and i'm 26! So a cavity? Wisdom teeth? I dare not think of cancer. Maybe a cold sore or something but inside the mouth? I just don't know. Any help anyone can lend would be greatly appreciated.

P.S. Sorry this post is rambling, I just typed out my thoughts as they came to me. Hope you can follow. :)
