Q: Head of the Penis Affected after Sexual Intercourse

after having sex with my girlfriend i sometimes get little rips (looks like cuts) at the bottom of the head of my penis. sometimes this is very painful. what would cause this?

It is very hard to say identify the rips on the head of the penis without a visual examination. You can go to a dermatovenerologist for this type of help. Your girlfriend can also visit a gynecologist to be sure that you both have a clean bill of sexual health.
