Where I live , in the gulf area ,the nutrition is very bad , so I always try to manage a meal that keep me good and not feeling heavy .
Unfortunatly one of the common meal that I can afford is nuggets breaded.
But I cook them without adding any oil or other fat ingredients ,on a smooth fire for about 10 minutes .
That`s all .
Is this meal as prepared have a bad impact on my health and fitness??
I am 54 years old living alone and working 8 to 10 hours a day
