Hi, i'm new to this forum. I have been suffering from menopause symptoms for the past few years. But found something in a health club - it is a hrt alternative bread and it really helped. Someone is now selling it on ebay - its called hrt alternative bread. Has anyone else tried this out?? I highly recommend it. Are there any alternatives that people have tried?

hello helen! I use progest! Have been using it for a few years now and it's great!!!
