i was Masturbing and i have white gooey stuff come out of my pinus. Was it sperm? Is it normal?

If the“white gooey stuff” was followed by some strange, indescribable pleasant feeling (orgasm) than you can be pretty certain that the viscous fluid was sperm. It is absolutely normal.
