I'm not sure exactly where you should be feeling the movements. I think it all just depends on the position the baby is in. Your best bet is to ask a doctor if you are worried about it. I am 29 weeks and I feel him moving above and below..Mostly below though. I would assume since you are feeling him move everything is alright.

Samantha's right...If your placenta is in the front then you more than likely won't feel the movemtns as much...I'm 30.5 days and get jabbed in the ribs so everyone is different...And the size of babies varies through people...Ya know??

Like samantha said...As long as you're feeling the baby...You're fine!!

Good .Luck!!

Movement
I'm not as far along as you (25 weeks) but my placenta is also out front. I always feel movement below my belly button. Sometimes as far down as just above the hairline! It's completely normal. And because of our anterior placenta, we might never feel what is considered "hard kicks" because the placenta is acting as a cushion between you and the baby. I still get 2-3 days in a row where I barely feel movement. It makes me worry but I always feel him/her eventually. Try not to stress! :)
take care!

Yeah I always feel my baby;s movements below my belly button and right above my hair line also. Glad I am not alone...But it scares me to death and because I cant feel the baby above my belly button I worry if the baby weighs enough. I feel like its tiny or something.

I'm 32wks and can feel babys feet up near (or under) my rib cage and its arms and head in my lower abdomen/pelvis. It depends on what position your baby is in but generally they will be heads down by now.

i'm glad my son doesn't kick me in the ribs. Hopefully he won't. I used to work with this lady that actually had some ribs broken from one of her pregnancies. That is creepy right?
