Q: Please Help

For the last three weeks I have had a tight throat it dont go away untill I am asleep even if I take my anti depressants or vallium it is still there it aint anything I eat or the meds I am on because it started before I i started on my anti deprressants and I have been on my vallium for 2 years does anyone know can your throat close up for no reason or is it my anxiaty?

More than likely it's your anxiety. Lots of people get this, if you want proof look for past posts on this, you may find it helpful to see how others deal with this problem and how many others get it. I have it at the moment. The only thing I find helps is drinking lots of water. But yeah, if you have a history of anxiety it's more than likely that.
