Q: This Whole Pro-life Verus Pro-choice Makes Me Sick

Instead of fighting, hating and hurting why dont we think about the millions of children already in this world who battle everyday malnutrition, hiv/aids, poverty, no education and with no hope.
Millions of children are living with severe morbidities and no aid and here we are fighting over choices. These children dont have the luxuary of making choices! Everyone needs to open their and have a look at the state of the world before we start telling each other what we should and shouldnt do.

What does this have to do with people's opinons? If you don't like people debating over it, get a clue, get off the debate forum.

I am no fighting, I am debating and I do not hate and I do not hurt others, I help others, my medical conditions cause me to hurt but that is not someone elses fault. I give to the aids research, I help some that have aids. I help those that have malnutrition and help some that are un-educated. Again, I am not fighting over choice I am for choice. For a person of my age I am open. Who are you to judge, you do not know nothing about me. One of the reasons that I am for abortion is because I do not want to see a baby born that will be brought into this world to suffer, to be malnutrtioned, to be un-educated and I am not just speaking about here in the usa I am talking about the very poor foreign country areas so if you cannot care for the baby past birth you need to do some serious thinking and make some real choices as it is your body and it is your choice.

good idea, yeah. But it totally defeats the purpose of an "abortion debate forum", no?

The whole point of a debate is to voice your opinions, is it not?
That is what ive done, most of you dont agree with mine so therefore you are debating and providing your own argument. Am I not correct? Then why is this a silly topic?

I just believe that before we become all consumed with our own views and opinions we should look at the big picture.
I believe in choices, and it was my choice to post my view. If you dont like it then provide an argument or dont read it.

Maybe if you feel that negative about it maybe you should not be here as I do see the whole picture and that is why I am here, to debate but you can call it anything you want because it is your choice.
The best to you!

I'm half-asleep right now, and I think I got confused after reading that statement a few times.

If we can't debate to issue of abortion here, then where do you propose we do so? Or, the better question is...What should we debate in an abortion debate forum?

We're not just focused on pro-life vs pro-choice; we do have lives outside the internet, jobs, friends, etc. We do actually care about the world

I think I seriously just got angry reading people throwing personal insults at others. I was angry when I wrote my original statement and frankly didnt think anyone would respond anyway. I just believe that if people care so much about life then why do so many people abuse it. I think my statement was a rhetorical one, and its funny that the pro-lifers and pro-choicers for the first time actually agreed on something for once.

Actually, we agree on quite a few things. It's just the "big thing" we don't agree on. =)

Actually most of don't throw personal insults around. One person that sticks out is bahaha..Whatever his/her name is. There are always going to be immature people, that is life. I have friends that are pro-choice, it just isn't a topic we bring up. Abortion is an emotional topic for most people. Everyone has the right to their opinion. But this is the real world and not everyone agrees all the time.
