I have been having severe pain in my pelvic area for several months... I went through lots of doctors and found one to figure out why... I was just diagnosed with endometriosis (endo) and interstitial cystitis (ic) which can cause pelvic floor muscle pain. I believe all the pain I have been having is from ic.
