Hi!!
I recently realized I had to change my eating habits. I use to guzzle plenty of soda and sugar. I never exercised and felt tired after walking up a flight of stairs. Three months ago I had a minor stroke at 32. A real wake up call to change my ways. I always thought if you were thin you were safe (la la world)
i recently started to exercise and it's been over two months but not a drop of caffeine. I just read the china study. It's a new book about how our eating habits affect our health like heart attack, stroke and cancer. It's a dramatic change with no meats since they put hormones and junk into the animals-even the cancer association knows it might have a link to cancer. How greens need to be the top on our list.
I lost ten pounds and I have a ton of energy. I started off slow but it changed my life. I have never felt better and feel in control for the first time.
I just wanted to share this with you and how it worked for me
thank you
