Hello there. I have a 9 year old daugher and for the past couple of months she has been getting these sores (build up) on her scalp. They do have red lines running from each of these sores. Kinda as if you followed these lines they would connect to every sore. Some are so bad they tend to bleed. It does itch and is a bothersome to her. I got some extremely mild shampoo and it seems to help some but then in a couple of days its back again. They appear to be on top of her scalp and some are on the back of her scalp. Please any advice would be greatly appreciated.
