Your girlfriend needs to see a doctor, there she can have a blood test this will determine whether she is actually pregnant or not. Even with negative tests there is still a chance she could be.
Also stress can be a cause, if you are really worried about it this could make her period late.

Look in the phone book for your local health clinic u go in they ask what u are there for and u say id like to get a pregnancy test then they do a p test and a blood test and if she is they tell her about her options if shes not they will give her a bag of condoms. Lol
