Q: Spinal Stenosis

Im 21 years old and have been having back pain for 3 years now...My mri shows 3 herniated discs and spinal stenosis that I must have been born with. Epideral injections didnt work and neither has any medications that ive tried I was wondering if anybody had any suggestions to rid me of the daily god awful pain
