Im goin for a hysterectomy on march 1st.
My doctor an I have talked about doin the
laparoscopic an vaginal removal. Unless
because of previous surgeries ive had, he
would run into to much scar tissue an have
to do it abdominally. I have read up on
both procedures an the laparoscopic has me
a little worried, it said how it can cause
nerve damage an theres even a chance that
the urethra could be damaged. My question
is, what should I do, just tell him I wont
the abdominal surgery or let it up to
him????? I know the abdominal has a
longer healing time, but I also read that
the other one could be the same way.
Would anyone give their option on this for
me please.
